Please read each section and select to confirm your understanding & acceptance of the terms & conditions:
▪︎ Booking fees are to be paid within 48hrs of booking to secure your appointment. Otherwise, it will be cancelled. The fee will be removed from the total cost of the appointment.
▪︎ Treatment may be refused if there is evidence of infection or damage to the nail plate/ surrounding skin, or if I feel that the treatment may cause damage to the natural nail. In which case, the full cost of the treatment may be charged.
▪︎ Please note - 'entourage', including children, is not permitted at appointments, unless prearranged.
▪︎ I am unable to 'infill' another tech's work. Therefore, there is a charge for removal. This allows me to check the health of the natural nails before applying any further products.
▪︎ If you need to cancel, change, or rearrange your appointment, please give a minimum of 48 hours' notice. If less than 48 hours' notice is given or you do not attend your appointment, the booking fee will be retained or the cost of the full treatment will be charged. *Please note - this includes cancellation due to illness **Also - appointments in August & December are subject to a Non-refundable booking fee.
▪︎ UK ID (such as drivers license/passport) is required to access the RAF camp where I live. You may need to show your ID to the guards. If you forget your ID and are unable to attend your appointment, this will be classed as a 'no-show' and your booking fee will be retained.
▪︎ If you are running late for your appointment please let me know you're on your way. Otherwise l'Il get all worried! Bear in mind that if you are late, I may not have sufficient time to complete your appointment. In this case, a late fee will be charged.
▪︎ Payment for the remaining balance of your treatment is to be made at your appointment; cash or bank transfer is accepted.
▪︎ If there are any problems with your nails, please let me know ASAP. If any repairs are required these will be chargeable from 48hrs after your appointment. Please do not pick at any damage!
